This Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach villa is right on the Nikao beach, It is a great spot for swimming, sun tanning as well as beach and reef walking.  Enjoy leisurely walks and shell collecting along this magnificent stretch of beach and take in the famous “Black Rock” situated at the other end of the beach.  The Golf and tennis clubs are both located within walking distance. There is a dairy for all necessities as well as Wi-Fi internet located across the road. This is a great affordable accommodation for up to 4 guests.

Enjoy a modern kitchen with all the mod cons, a lovely open plan lounge and living area with TV, French doors open from the lounge onto a large well appointed terrace, great for cocktails or al fresco dining while enjoying the view of the lagoon and taking in the awesome sunsets.  Outside there is off street parking and a fully equipped laundry.

This well appointed beach villa has 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suites.  The main bedroom opens onto the balcony through French doors and has a large king sized bed which can be split into 2 singles if required.  The second bedroom has a queen sized bed or this can also be split into 2 singles if required.
